Little Princess Trust
Here at Rituals Hair Lab, we are really proud to be accredited wig fitters for The Little Princess Trust, a charity who provide free, real-hair wigs to children and young people experiencing hair loss due to cancer or other conditions.
As wig fitters, we play an important role in helping the charity with its mission to provide Hair and Hope, and are dedicated to helping the children and young people regain their confidence and identity in what can be a challenging time.
Every year the Little Princess Trust provides over 2,000 free real hair wigs to children and young people who have lost their hair through cancer treatment or other conditions. Working with over 100 hand selected wig fitters to give complete geographical coverage, enables wig recipients to access the same, excellent level of service everywhere in the UK and Ireland, minimising the need for them to travel long distances for their wig fittings.
Due to the generosity of supporters, the Little Princess Trust were able to start funding childhood cancer research in 2016 and have now given millions of pounds to fund science searching for kinder and more effective treatments. Now one of the largest charity funders of childhood cancer research in the UK, they are not only giving hair in the form of a wig, the Little Princess Trust are also bringing hope for a brighter future.
